German is a long-time resident of the Washington, DC area where he obtained a B.S. in International Business from The George Washington University and an M.S. in International Finance from The American University. He retired from the Inter-American Development Bank after more than 30 years of service, where he was in charge of international treasury operations, gaining valuable experience in dealing with many domestic and international financial institutions.
During this period, German also bought, sold, and remodeled many properties in the area obtaining the first-hand experience about the diverse DC real estate market.
